Brandon Louis
A NYC based actor with a passion

Brandon Louis is an actor, writer and educator originally from the rural town of Clear Lake, Minnesota. He graduated with distinction from The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in England, with a Master of Arts in Acting (The British Tradition). While studying abroad, he was fortunate to participate in a classical theatre workshop at the Globe Theatre in London.
After being awarded his MA, he has worked between Los Angeles and New York City participating in student films, commercial work, and performing in Summer Shakespeare festivals. His most accomplished role was playing the title role in Hamlet in rep with Much Ado About Nothing produced by Ophelia's Jump Productions.
In 2018, Brandon started to pursue a career as an educator and went to work in South Korea where he help build the curriculum at AMJ Academy. There he was an instructor of Acting, Voice, Movement and Marketing. While living there he participated in a 24-hour International Expat Film Festival where he was awarded Best Directing for his short film Nice Hat.
Brandon now resides as the Theatre Director and Instructor at Saint John's Preparatory school located in Collegeville, Minnesota. His recent Adaptation of Macbeth with a fusion of Margaret Atwood's A Handmaid's Tale was a-testament to the strength and development of the theatre program at Saint John's Preparatory school. Brandon is currently working on yet another adaptation of Shakespeare's Midsummer Nights Dream with the integration of 70's pop music.
